                    Antioxidant is combination of various nutrients. In our body, indigestible toxic waste (free radicals) is expelled from our body by antioxidants and protect our body. When the antioxidant is decreases then the free radical is increases and it will damage our cells. Due to increases of free radicals, it causes inflammation, cancer, etc.,

diseases is usually caused by damage to the cells in the body. for example if the cells are damaged in heart, it causes heart related diseases, when the cells in the brain are more vulnerable, it causes brain problems like it causes dangerous diseases. Antioxidants protect against the diseases and keeps youthful. Antioxidants measures in ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) for a day one person need 5000 ORAC Antioxidant. For that you need to eat 2-3kg vegetables and fruits per day then only you will get 5000 ORAC antioxidant but practically its quite difficult. But what we eat in everyday some foods are high in antioxidants. When we select and eat those foods in daily basis is the easiest way to get antioxidants in our body.
